For My Peeps That Love to Picnik

Google cancels Picnik and closes a few other businesses

That’s too bad because I think Picnik is a really cool program. I hope Google replaces it with something equally as cool and user friendly. Click on the link above to read more.

Where Have You Gone, Joe DiMaggio?

Do you ever feel like the universe has put you in a Timeout? I’ve been feeling a little lost lately. Maybe I miss my camera. So today I treated myself to a Coconut Mocha at Starbucks and some leisure time just browsing my iPad. That’s not something I normally do, but it was nice for a change.

I am wondering what kind of camera you use and if anyone here has used a micro four thirds camera? I have been dong some research on them, and I’m intrigued.

So Long, and Thanks For All The Flash*

This is the last photo my camera took before committing suicide by jumping out of Magpie’s truck. I’ve been in mourning and also struggling with the obvious questions. Is someone trying to tell me something? Maybe this event has happened to force me into a different direction?

Plenty of time to ponder these thoughts while I save up some dough.

*Au revoir

Lo-fi Friday: Lo (in)fi(delity)

Psst. I have a new man in my life.

Please don’t tell my husband, but I will not allow Mr. Digital Clover to ever leave my side. Ever. Magpie is in on the secret. The three of us went on a road trip together last week.

He even takes dreamy 10 fps (frames per second) movies that remind me of the home movies my Dad used to take with his Bell & Howell movie camera.

My blogging pals Wendy and LD have unwittingly become accomplices to my licentious behavior. I’m seriously thinking about purchasing a Holga.

I feel so dirty.
