Decorator Chiles

We certainly love our chiles in the Southwest – whether they are sliced, diced stuffed, roasted or hanging on a wall. We have been enjoying a different kind of “chilly” lately, and I am not complaining. Even though I have had to cover my plants the last two nights I consider the sub-40 temps a real treat!

  6. This is a rather nice string of ceramic chilis. I have a string of dried ones on my porch but, I do prefer them stuffed with chicken and cheese.
