For sale or for rent? I guess either will do.

Isn’t this sad? I know we should just start getting used to all this, but I’m not dealing with it all very well. Even on days when I think I am going to just “oohhmmmm” my way through and ignore all the crap around me, it just sits back there waiting for me to take a breath so it can wiggle its way back to the front of my brain and drive me nuts. Ohhhhmmmm oohhhhhhmmmm. I guess the secret is to not take a breath between ohhhmmmms.

Yep, I would say it is a sign of the times that I see often. For sure I wouldn’t want to rent a house that the owner wants to sell.

I guess they don’t care who or how…but somebody needs to be making the mortgage payment. Sad.

So sad but so true. This same group of realtors in our area had a Foreclosure sale and put it on their big sign and said their loss is your gain. I though that was in such bad taste.

We have lot of those too. But the realtors around here are in no hurry to sell them. I am still having a time trying to buy a home. You would think they would be jumping through hoops for my business. I do miss my realtor in Phoenix.

Both. Either. Whichever comes first. That’s my guess!

My house sold on Oct. 28. On Oct. 29 the buyer’s realtor put up a “for lease” sign. No wonder the buyer was so happy at how well I cleaned the house!
