Sign of the Times?

For sale or for rent? I guess either will do.

  1. Isn’t this sad? I know we should just start getting used to all this, but I’m not dealing with it all very well. Even on days when I think I am going to just “oohhmmmm” my way through and ignore all the crap around me, it just sits back there waiting for me to take a breath so it can wiggle its way back to the front of my brain and drive me nuts. Ohhhhmmmm oohhhhhhmmmm. I guess the secret is to not take a breath between ohhhmmmms.

  2. Yep, I would say it is a sign of the times that I see often. For sure I wouldn’t want to rent a house that the owner wants to sell.

I guess they don’t care who or how…but somebody needs to be making the mortgage payment. Sad.

  4. So sad but so true. This same group of realtors in our area had a Foreclosure sale and put it on their big sign and said their loss is your gain. I though that was in such bad taste.

  5. We have lot of those too. But the realtors around here are in no hurry to sell them. I am still having a time trying to buy a home. You would think they would be jumping through hoops for my business. I do miss my realtor in Phoenix.

  6. Both. Either. Whichever comes first. That’s my guess!

  7. My house sold on Oct. 28. On Oct. 29 the buyer’s realtor put up a “for lease” sign. No wonder the buyer was so happy at how well I cleaned the house!
